We gathered together on Saturday, September 9 to make Chow Chow to be for sale at the Camp Bethel Heritage Day Festival on October 7. There were 15 people here, the kitchen was full and we had a wonderful time of fellowship as we cut up the different vegetables for the Chow Chow. After the cutting, came the cooking then putting it in cans. We ended up with 115 jars of wonderful smelling and tasting Chow Chow. Be sure and come by our booth at Camp Bethel on October 7 and get a jar or two.
